Hey everybody. Hate to have to make this post, but despite a few attempts to get back to writing it's just not happening.
I want to thank everyone for their support, and I'm sorry I can't keep writing Shade Touched for now. Hopefully, I'll get back to it at some point, but for now, I'm just not in the right space to do so.
I hope you all can find some other good stories to follow in the meantime.

Hey everybody.
My mom passed away suddenly this Wednesday, and writing hasn't been going so great since then.
Now, I have a pretty good backlog for now, and hopefully, I'll be back in a good headspace before it runs out, so this won't actually affect you folks at all, but I thought I'd give you all a heads up, given that you're dropping money for early access. I don't want people to re-sub for content they might not receive.

I'd love to have more fan art for the story, so I figured I'd make a contest and give people some incentive!
There will be three winners, with first-place getting $100, second getting $50, and third getting $30.
I'll be judging the art on the simple criteria of how much I like it. I will admit that I like art that's cute, but feel free to make whatever you'd like. If it's really good there is a pretty fair chance that'll trump everything, but no promises.

Hello, everyone. I wanted to let you know I've decided to reign in the release schedule a bit (thank you for the advice kind commenters).
I'm going to be dropping back to a Monday/Friday release schedule.
This is going to happen immediately on Royal Road, but for the Patreon crowd, I will keep up 3 a week for a little longer to generate a more sizeable backlog.
