Update 51

in this update is added Greenland, Romania+ and SAFF Championship.
Greenland - created from extinct nation, added 2 levels of competition + cup, added youth league, added clubs/citites/stadiums, added players, added history to competition
added Manager an coaches to national team
added transfer preferences, rival nations, finances in nation
Nuuk stadium is expanded in 2026 so there is a stadium that meets the requirements of FIFA
created logo pack for all teams and competitions (only for 24.3.0)
Romania - updated some teams that already had stadium or city in database (around 30 teams)
Romania+ - added missing clubs/cities/stadiums, added Romania Cup regional stages
SAFF Championship - added new format that is played from 2025, there is no host nation anymore
Same as in case of Russia, Greenland plays only in World Cup qualification, I already have fix for that but I'm still testing but if everything will go smoothly then it will be ready next week (for Greenland and Russia both). Romania with this have levels 3/4 fixed, added was more than 100 cities and around 600 stadiums and in total around 30,000 changes.
