Update 52+53

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 52 was won by Switzerland+ so it will be done for this update.

In Update 51 will be added Greenland, Romania+ and SAFF Championship.

• Greenland - created from extinct nation, added 2 levels of competition + cup, added youth league, added clubs/citites/stadiums, added players, added history to competition

• Romania+ - added missing clubs/cities/stadiums, added Romania Cup regional stages

• SAFF Championship - added new format that is played from 2025, there is no host nation anymore

Another very productive week in Romania, added is more than 100 missing cities, more than 600 missing stadiums and around 50 missing clubs. At least 80% of those stadiums I found on map so they have accurate GPS location (some I just couldn't find on map), names of the stadiums are either from what they had in Football Association or what was on map so there are some that have specific names and some that are just name "Central" or "Comunal".
Added are regional stages of Romanian Cup where each region has their regional cup and winner plays in next season's Romanian Cup.
With all that levels 3/4 should be fixed and realistic as close as possible, there is still need to clean the lower leagues but that can happen with maybe adding level 5 in future.

Greenland has very boring format of competition for ame, they play league in one week on one place and teams have maximum of 5/6 matches, which is not very fun if you want to grow a nation. So I took teams from seasons 2023 and 2024 and made from them first level (10 teams), teams that are still active and played in league in past are put in level 2.
Added is newly national cup which is not normally exist but I added it for additional opportunity to qualify to UEFA cups.
Added are cities/stadiums and even some players so there are at least some in a player pool.
Greenland will play in UEFA competitions at the expense of Belarus.
I will add to update flags of Greenland and Russia (if you use Russia in UEFA) so they have correct flags.

SAFF Championship changed format where there are no hosts anymore, semifinal and final is played on two legs, because there is only 7 teams in region, there is always one invited team (Lebanon or Kuwait wihch were invated in 2023).

In Update 52 will be Switzerland+ where will be added level 6 which have I think 17 regional leagues, I will look at the other things there if there is something that could be made better, if there will be more time for other things I plan to update some nations from Asia or South America.

Voting for Update 53 will have Morocco+ (adding level 4), Netherlands (adding level 6), Iran+ (adding level 4) and Kosovo (adding level 4)
