Update 50+51

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 50 was won by Romania+ so it will be done for this update.

In Update 49 will be added Israel and updated Laos, Mongolia and Northern Mariana Islands

• Israel - added level 3/4, added first rounds to State Cup, reworked youth leagues so they don't have fixed teams (so any team can have youth team in playable league), added information to teams that had none

• Laos - changed to autumn/spring format, added Prime Minister's Cup and it's new format, updated rules and finances based on new information

• Mongolia - updated based on season 23/24, old database was based on 22/23 where was information till level 4, in 23/24 only information till level 3 was avaible so only 3 levels are added, updated finances and rules, added information to teams that had none

• Northern Mariana Islands - updated all to be based on season 2024, added missing history, renamed teams to new names, added more information to teams that had none

My plan was kind of to look at some South American nations but in the end I ended up in Asia.
Laos changed format how they play league to autumn/spring, second level in Laos have regional leagues (leagues are not in database) and problem is that club names are only in lao so in english it don't really make much sense. There is no real promotion/relegation between leagues, winner of each regional league can promote if they can get a licence (which in 90% cannot) so in reality there is no promotion/relegation. If I figure out somehow names of those teams it could be made in plus version (second level)

Mongolia have changes from 24/25 where 1/2 level is now under control of clubs and not football federation, there was lots of accusations of corruption where one of the more successful teams (Ulaanbaatar City FC) even left the league and dissolved. Updated are formats, schedules, finances and rules.

Northern Mariana Islands is one of those nations where football is just recreation sport, leagues here have very free rules where in 1st level you can substitute 3 times in each halftime (no limit for number of players), in 2nd level men and women (older 21) play together in one league. So it's really very free league with not lots of limitations.

Israel is last nation missing to make from whole world. Added is level 3/4 where level 4 have little more special format. State Cup (main cup) has little bit special first rounds where each league has their own qualifications between themselves. There was again rework of youth leagues so any team can have in playable league (again it was fixed and some teams would just never get a team to playable youth league).

I work on SAFF Championship with the new format but it's still work in progress but there is a big chance that it will be part of the update.

In Update 50 will be Romania+ where level 4 is just really very incomplete. More than 600 teams have no stadium or kits so playing in those leagues is not really fun (because everyone has the blue/white kits). I will update base version (with updated kits) and plus version (with adding missing cities/stadiums/kits), it's hard to tell if there will be time for anything else because I don't know how avaible the information will be.

For voting to Update 50 will go Greenland (adding it as some other extinct nation), Jamaica+ (adding level 2), Morocco+ (adding level 4) and Netherlands (adding level 6).
