Update 49+50

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 49 was won by Israel so it will be done for this update.

In Update 48 will be added Comoros and Russia.

• Comoros - added 1st level (which has regional and national stage), added cup (with somehow regional + national stage), added youth league, added additional information to clubs, cities and stadiums (so the regional division works correctly)

• Russia - it has two versions, one is where Russia is blocked in UEFA cups and other one where they play from second season in UEFA cups and national team plays normally in qualifications, added 3/4 level, corrected finances in 1/2 level, corrected finances in cup, reworked youth leagues (U21/U18) to current format which is played spring/autumn, added additional information to clubs that had none

Comoros was last not made nation in Africa, with it all Africa is completed. Comoros has little bit specific format where first each island has it's own league and winners play national final. There were some mistakes in cities and their geographical location which I fixed because withtout it the regional division would not work correctly.
Russia is little bit problematic because of the blocking of their clubs in UEFA competitions, that's why they are two versions in the second one everything is moved to extinct Soviet Union, with that teams can start playing in UEFA competitions and national team normally plays matches (even in qualificiation), only problem is that one other nation is out because of it from UEFA competitions (right now it's San Marino but it can be any nation and I might change it to something else).
Another thing that is problematic in Russia is level 3 and 4 which both of them have really not game friendly formats. Levels 1-3 are played normally autumn/spring but level 4 is played spring/autumn and they play in spring in level 3 and bottom 4 from level 3 from Sivler League play spring in level 4...yeah so kind of complicated. Level 3 has complicated format too with the Gold and Silver leagues, where each league is played twice (once in autumn, once in spring) and there are promotion/relegation between them mid season (and with level 4), only from Gold league teams can be promoted to level 2 and only from Silver league teams can be relegated. I tried lots of things but for now I have simplified version which is at least fair, I looked at some other russian databases how they are solving it and literally you can be stuck in level 3 in Silver league because even just in editor I saw that it couldn't work and when I tested, it didn't work. So for now level 3/4 is simplified, level 4 is played like level 1-3 autumn/spring but I have changes in number of teams that happened between seasons. I will still try to make it more close to reality through weekend but I'm not sure if it will work.
Youth leagues are played from 2023 as spring/autumn which I actually make work like that so formats are the same like in reality.
There were mistakes in prize money and finances in general in level 1/2 and cup (which is another format delicacy) so I fixed it according to newest information. In general there was again lots of things from season 2021/22, so again nobody touched it for at least 2 years.

In Update 49 will be Israel which is last not made nation, because of that I will start doing 24/25 databases and updating the older databases or nations that are played spring/autumn so in Update 49 something from that will be added additionally. There are still gonna be plus versions (or additional nations like Greenland) from season 23/24 because there is still so many nations that need more information in them.

For voting to Update 50 will go Morocco+ (adding level 4), Romania+ (adding stadiums, cities, kits to teams in level 3/4, in level 4 there is more than 700 clubs and 90% of them have no information), Jamaica+ (adding level 2) and Ecuador+ (adding level 3).
