in this update is added Croatia+ (added level 5) and South Sudan.
Croatia+ - added level 5, created missing competitions/clubs/cities/stadiums, added more information to clubs that had none, added another level of youth league
South Sudan - added new league and format that is played from 2024/25, added more information to clubs that had none
In future there will be Croatia level 6 in voting, because there is good information about croatian football in general.
