Update 48+49

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 48 was won by Russia so it will be done for this update.

In Update 47 will be added Croatia+ (level 5) and South Sudan.

• Croatia+ - added level 5, created missing competitions/clubs/cities/stadiums, added more information to clubs that had none, added another level of youth league

• South Sudan - added new league and format that is played from 2024/25, added more information to clubs that had none

Truth is that since Sunday I was sick so until yesterday I wasn't able to work on anything for longer time, but I'm already feel better so everything should be completed without problems.

In South Sudan I deceided to go with newly created league from 2024/25 which has normal format and has lots of information around, old level 1 is becoming level 2 which has multiple regional leagues where about some of them there is not enough good information.

In Croatia+ are added level 5 leagues which are not in normal database, added are missing teams + missing cities/stadiums, some teams had no kits so there are added too (for some reason practically every team have blue in their kits), reworked is little bit youth system. I had lots of more plans with it but me getting sick kind of forced me to change the plans. There is good information about level 6 so lot more still can be done and I will put it in voting if there will be interest.

In update 48 will be Russia, which is little bit complicated, because when I was thinking about it there will have to be two versions, one where Russia will be Russia so blocked from continental cups and one where it will be moved to another nation so they can play continental cups. Another nation will be Comoros which is last nation in Africa that needs to be created.

For voting to Update 49 will go Israel, Morocco+ (adding level 4), Jamaica+ (adding level 2) and Iran+ (adding level 4).
