Update 47+48

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 47 was won by Croatia (adding level 5) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 46 will be added Portugal+ (full pyramid) , updated Afghanistan and Afghanistan+.

• Afghanistan - updated basic version, added additional information to all teams, clubs that don't played for years in any competition are now extinct

• Afghanistan+ - added missing clubs, cities, stadiums, added one of the cups that is played in Afghanistan, added youth league

• Portugal+ - added level 7/8, added inter-regional super cups (extinct one are added for history purpose), reworked regional youth leagues (level 3), added additional regional youth leagues (in regions that have them), added regional youth cups, added all known history to all regional leagues/cups/super cups and inter-reagional cups

There is lots of new things added in Portugal+ version, the regional leagues/cups histrory is adding another level of immersion and it really looks nice. Additional youth leagues and cups is making it even better.

Afghanistan is kind of special and I was wondering how things work there because the main league is played in November/December so I was curious what the teams are doing for rest of the year. I was searching on social media of the clubs what they do and I found that they play cups, so I added one in plus version (it is made bigger so there is more matches in general). Another thing was that the information in Afghanistan about everything was wrong or just not actual.

Vote for update 47 was won by Croatia, so there will be added level 5 (and updated rest of the pyramid). Additionally will be added South Sudan which is kind of problematic because database is missing the regional leagues from which winners go to national stage (where teams play in total 7 matches) so regional leagues are kind of necessary, so I will probably make plus version too. (because without it, league will be kind of empty)

For voting to Update 48 will go Israel, Russia, Ecuador+ (adding level 3) and Morocco+ (adding level 4).
