Update 43+44

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 43 was won by Belgium so it will be done for this update.

In Update 42 will be added Scotland and Slovenia+.

Scotland - right now is added level 5 with the league cups, reworked youth system (so you can actually have chance to get team to higher leagues, I'm still plannig add level 6
Slovenia - added all pyramid (5 levels), added are missing teams, stadiums, cities, etc

This week was super hectic, I had lots of work with the Czech Republic+ because there were some weird behaviour that I saw in testing (but it's fixed thank god), so finishing everything around it took much more time then I expected. I did some work in Scotland where everything around level 5 is added and some fixing of youth/reserve leagues.

Next week are Christmas and I'm not gonna be able to work in that time so the update with Belgium will be postponed for one more week, because Belgium had some major changes in lower leagues and it will take time to create it all + I think they are using the period system, so I want to implent it too.

So for next week there will be some smaller update, but after that we will go to normal updates again. Because of that voting for Update 44 (or 45) will be next week.
