Update 36+37

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 37 was won by Bulgaria so it will be done for this update.

In Update 36 will be French Guyana, Gibraltar, Turkey and added Oceania to World Cup U17.

• French Guyana - added 2 levels, main cup + Coupe de France qualification, added kits for teams that had none

• Gibraltar - corrected rules/information about whole system, added U18 league

• Turkey - added 4 and 5 level, added changes in formats in whole pyramid (for example Super League starts with 20 teams in 2023/24, in 2024/25 it has 19 teams and from 2025/26 it has 18 teams)

• World Cup U17 - added Oceania part (so now South America and Oceania is complete)

At the start of the week I was sick with a flu so it kind of destroyed my plans that I had for this week, so that's the reason why there is less things.
Gibraltar had again wrong player rules, I added the U18 league which is played there. In French Guyana I had to move little bit the schedules because of the Coupe de France (in french database), I will move everything how it should be when I will be doing France, because I have to rework Coupe de France a little bit.
Turkey is again big, there is lots of changes with number of teams in each league or number of groups in level 5. These things always take lots of time because of testing that everything really works how it should. There are some rules in Turkey that are hardcoded (prize money, TV money, foreigner player rules registration) which for what I've seen looks correct (at lest in Super League).

I'm starting to look how I will make Russia, I will probably swap it with SSSR so teams could play UEFA competitions.

Voting for 24/25 databases ended with majority wanting them after all nations are done, so until then I will concentrate fully on making all nations playable.

In Update 37 will be added winner of voting Bulgaria, with Guadeloupe, Reunion and Mayotte which all play in Coupe de France.

To voting for Updat 38 will go France, Israel, Slovakia+ and Ecuador+.
