Update 35+36

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 36 was won by Turkey so it will be done for this update.

In Update 35 will be Greece, Guinea Bissau. Palestine and Uganda.

• Greece - added 3 level, added new format for level 1 from 2024/25, added new format for level 2 from 2024/25,

• Guinea Bissau - added 2 levels + cup and super cup, added U19 youth league, added kits for some teams that had none

• Palestine - leagues in Palestine are stopped since 2023 because of war, that's why lots of the information is based on seasons before, there are two different leagues: Western Bank and Gaza Strip, teams from Western Bank play in AFC competitions, teams from Gaza Strip cannot play in AFC competitions, added 2 levels for both leagues + Western Bank league cup, in Palestine foreigner players cannot play, only Israeli muslims can but in game it's impossible to make this rule (so only israeli with second palestinian nationality can play the league)

• Uganda - added 2 levels + cup and top8 cup, added kits for teams that had none

With Palestine finished Asia is now copleted, there are some nations that will need to be updated because they changed formats but for now everyone is playable.
Greece will have added for now only 3 level, level 4 have 53 regional leagues and because I had to create new formats for level 1/2 and rework some things, there would be not enough time to create it with good quality. So in future if there will be interest I can return to Greece.
I did some more work for the czech plus version, added some new teams in level 8 and slowly reworking the youth pyramid.

For Update 36 will be added Turkey, I want to look what I can do in Gibraltar and adding some of the missing North American nations (Curaçao, French Guiana, Antigua & Barbuda).

For voting to Update 37 will go Bulgaria (second in voting in Update 36), Bolivia+, Ecuador+ and Israel.
