in this update is added Portugal+ and Zanzibar.
Zanzibar - added 1 level + main cup and winter cup, added kits for some teams that had none
Portugal+ - there is added really lots of things so the description is a little longer:
Completed: created level 1 and level 2 regional divisions (level 5/6 Portugal pyramid), main regional cups, regional super cups, regional league cups
Unfinished: regional Level 3 and level 4, inter-regional super cups, U23 leagues
- regional cups and regional super cups are playable only when level 5 is playable, in case of league cups it depends to which level it belongs (so some are playable only if level 6 is playable)
- winners of main regional cups play Portugal Cup in next season
- second placed teams in regional leagues (level 5) play Portugal Cup next season (third place team or worse can be chosen if cup is won by same team or on top places are reserve teams)
- Azore regions have different qualification to Portugal Cup which is specified in each region (down below)
- the way FM works it's hard to have correct teams in correct regional leagues all the time, but I have protection for main regional cups where only teams from that region will play it even if they will be in wrong league
- regional league cups can be played even with wrong regional team because they are always connected with the league (some are pre-season cups, some are cups for teams that don't play second stages of leagues)
- cups have format of 23/24 season, some had changes in 24/25 season which in some cases is reflected in database

So Portugal now looks little bit more better, I think I will put it again to voting in month or so if there will be interest in finishing it all (having all levels + all cups) but for now I don't want to see Portugal for few weeks because it was lots of work.
