[IMPORTANT] Tiers adjustment + New 1USD tier

As part of making my work accesible for as many people as possible, I made some small yet still important adjustments for all available tiers.

As well as adding a new 1USD tier so you can have more options available based on the amount you feel like giving to support my work with.

Still I feel I should still leave some stuff exclusive as thanks for the bigger support. Therefore I will start making some exclusive polls for people above 5USD tier.

These will have an important part in getting me to know what kind of things you'd like to see and wich projects should I invest more time and money on.
