[Japanese] Knights College Pre-release version for new patrons

I've stopped "upcoming billing cycle" for patron's paying, but "registration billing" is not stopped.
So new patrons was billed only once. I didn't realize, a patron tell me about it.
Then, I post Knights College pre-release version again for new patrons.
