Good question! The hormones, whether in the milk, pills, whatever, doesn't make you pregnant, but it does rapidly and significantly increase fertility. So if a woman has any sperm swimming around inside her from having had sex recently, and then she gets these hormones, she's going to get pregnant. We'll have a short convo between the two ladies on how Nora is pregnant in the next panel or two.
