2024-01-16 06:26:22 +0000 UTCBe careful about giving making too many unprompted changes to Mito or other characters, it really waters down the character and strains suspension of disbelief. The fact she isn't super old and already dead is one change. Another change is her having hirashin. Now she was super assassin stealth better than anyone else in the world as well. None of these things are particularly unreasonable or illogical, but it tarnishes the worldbuilding in general and that character in general when making explicit "anti-canon" changes like this when the world is supposed to be mostly canon instead of extremely AU. Now I have to expect Mito to randomly pull whatever is convenient out of her ass through author fiat which makes all these what are supposed to be super impressive feats that make her look competent look hollow and worthless.
