(belated) June WIP: a homily for Steve Rogers

y'all who've been here a while know this has been kicking around. there's maybe a third of a script for this ethical exploration of the MCU's depiction of Captain America, which may or may not be presented as a sermon (it is) and may or may not discuss how Steve Rogers would deal with The Trolley Problem (it does). this sample starts a few paragraphs into the draft that exists now.

(belated) May WIP: when does Gordon Freeman speak?

6 minutes from Protagony: Gordon, a script that has been done for some time and that I actually started editing a while ago, but something - burnout, maybe, or some spark lacking from the script - made me lose enthusiasm for it. I think the script is good, and maybe it was just the pressure to release that sapped my enthusiasm, but I shelved it over a year ago and still haven't returned. waste not want not, though, so here's the first half-ish!

Did stuff this month! The stuff sure was did.

Regarding Debts: after spending a long-ass time troubleshooting with a tech-savvy friend, we finally regained access to my IRS account and have paid off 3 of the 4 overdue years of tax debt. The one remaining is the one I'm disputing, so I get to spend another 90ish minutes on hold til I get a human on the line this week so I can move forward...
