LMASL Book version 1 has arrived!

Alrighty, if you don't have time to watch the video, here is a summary of my thoughts.

• Colors are too dark.

- This is my fault. I really should have submitted the files as CYMK, not RGB. CLIP honestly doesn't make color correction as easy as Photoshop, but I do have Photoshop myself. It's a little surprising just how dark they came to be because I did go through every page and brighten the shadows up. This should be an easy fix. 🤞

• Cover texture & peeling.

- I went with a textured option because I thought that an erotic book should feel soft and sexy in the reader's hand. They did get the feel down BUT, I don't know if the book received some damage while being shipped in an envelope, but the texture layer is already peeling off. I will opt out of this option for now if this keeps future books from looking cheap upon arrival.  


• Paper Quality

- The colors that are not too dark do look GREAT. The lineart is crisp. All of the colors received an equal amount of treatment. Nothing is faded. 👍 The paper quality is Satin, and it has the most minimal amount of gloss on the pages, but I think I would prefer the gloss to be zero. I think a great compromise would be to ditch the textured cover and go with uncoated paper, because uncoated is more expensive than satin for some reason.

The weight of the paper is very good. They're thick and not transparent at all.


•Page Numbers

- Mild mistake. I just noticed that the numbers on the odd-numbered pages need to be placed on the left side. All of the numbers are on the right side. Whoops. :p


Overall, I am happy with the quality of the book. It just needs some tweaks. I also learned today that it takes forever to upload longer videos on Youtube. Apologies for the mic quality. I haven't played with it much.
