Li, Sebastian, and Kana do! The whole Cowles family knows sign language because of Anastasia, Sebastian learned it in case he needs it for work, and Kana actually learned it as an alternative method of communication on days when they don’t trust their voice.

I don’t think any of them have ever done anything especially kinky, actually. Azalea has no sexual experience whatsoever, Kana has an aversion to the idea, Liam/Lily has intimacy issues, Sebastian has trust issues, and Rory just hasn’t really ever considered it. It’s also not a subject that I personally am comfortable with, so I’m afraid I don’t really have much of an answer for you.

They like it from Anya, they think it’s cute! They hate it from anyone else, though (they might eventually warm up to letting Speaker call them that, depending on your choices)
The nicknames evolved from small child pronunciations 😁 Li-Li is just an over-pronunciation of Lily (Anya usually says it like “Lee-Leeeeee”), and Lemur came about because when she was really little she said “Liam” like “Leem” and it evolved from there.
She also calls Anastasia “Antenna” for the same reason. She called her “Aunt Ana” but it got kind of blurred together into one word after time.
