Annihilating Stukov | Extra teaser

It's time to share the story behind this scene. It's really interesting because the idea of this 'Hunger' scene has been circulating in our minds since the middle of 2020! This scene has been marinating in its own sauce for almost three years, being refined and reworked, so there's definitely something to see here! You may be shocked by what you see, but don't jump to conclusions just yet. We will explain in a moment.

We've been thinking about this scene for so long that we're sure you're going to love it. Here's why. One day Arthur had a grand idea, but it was very difficult to communicate and portray. He thought long and hard about how to explain what he was thinking about, where to find references, such as camera angles or similar moments, and Arthur is no stranger to these things - he has read so much manga and H-games even trying to count them up is futile! However, nothing came to mind. It almost came down to making legendary sketches in Paint! However, this time we got lucky and didn't need them, haha. But only this time...

And then it dawned on our director... OnePunchMan. Favourite series and the best fight of all time. The battle between Saitama and Boros. When Arthur revisited that episode, he killed two birds with one stone: he found what he had been looking for and refreshed his memory of the best episode of the series! That was a dictionary definition of success. All that was left was to pass on his vision to the artist.

The "stamping into stone" moment was clear, but how to explain what pose the Queen of Blades was supposed to assume? There was a problem with that. Arthur imagined a pose like driving a motorbike, which was not a bad idea in his mind, but it was a bit off. Even after photoshopping a picture to another, there was still no clear understanding of how it was supposed to fit together. However, a miracle happened! It was as if Arthur possessed the artist, because he clearly understood exactly what the head of the studio was trying to achieve, and with a little fiddling he set the right angle for the scene, finding the perfect shot. You've already seen the result in the last teaser - how artful and outright correct it looks.

This story illustrates how an obscure image that just happens to pop into your mind for a split second can turn into a whole scene that you're sure to go crazy for! We hope that you too have been captivated by the story of how this 'Hunger' came about. Also, Arthur has shared with you the coolest scene from his favorite anime series OnePunchMan! He also highly recommends everyone to watch this masterpiece, and those who have already seen the series can share their impressions and name their favorite battle scene from the anime. Let's see how many people favour the Saitama and Boros battle too!

Thank you for your time. We'll be hearing from you again! ❤️

Love,
Shadow Portal Team

Ha-ha-ha, no one is killing anyone, and Stukov is himself immortal, it's just a play on words. In this scene, the Queen of Blades quenches her hunger with Stukov's help.
