Beast Story Version 0.0.1

Hello everyone I've been inform Beast Story version 0.0.1 have been release on itch.io . If you already join our Discord group, you may already knew about this. Regardless, I delay the announcement of the release because I need to do some checks and make sure things turns out alright.

Now you may probably eager to give the game a try but here something you have to keep in mind before download the game.

The game still in Prototype phase and file size is about 22GB, bigger than last demo. I really hope you guys DO NOT get your expectation too high about the game base of the file size, you will be disappointed. The game may not show much but it have the mechanic we have plan for the game and so far this mechanic gave us hope on what we can achieve in future.

I've been told, it is suggested for you to have itch.io account and the itch.io apps installed into your pc. This way is more efficient to get the game patch and notification of new build lot easier. Here a quick insight, booting up the game, we achieve to get the game play our simple logo intro. Main menu is simple but it have the necessary system we need for main menu. Start of the game, the into is similar to what we plan but this is just a prototype, so in future build will be different. You wakes up and you need to customize your character in the mirror and choose clothing on the wardrobe, wait for a while and you will get a phone call. Not long after, answer the door. Here we have implement a simple cut scene, pretty janky but the system is working so it should be fine. The game should be end at the end of cut scene but to showcase the unique interesting system BlackCatStudio and I have been plan for so long is the functional Random Generate city!

The City is empty but you can roam around to check out several POI and get the basic idea how the game will looks like. We aware the issue the game become really lag during night time, we still investigate what caused the issue. There's nothing much you can do in town so you can just leave the game whenever you're down roaming around the city. 

We aware the city is too big and don't worry, we will add transportation when it's ready. We gotta make sure the citizen who drive car won't hit you whatsoever but this is not the priority at the moment, I think transportation we can do is go to bus stop to teleport to other bus stop.
