I am running into a key limiting factor you mention in your articles: recovery. I am eager to train, however with school and obligations I simply do not have an efficient enough recovery routine. I'm trying to improve my sleep, first thing to check off, but do you have anything else? Activity for me is like medicine but I often run redlining myself into sickness without a proper routine that's good for my life priorities. Training less isn't a great option as I find it mentally and physically invigorating. I have never felt better waking up early and getting off the gym at 10AM to get started with the rest of my day One thing to mention is how I take more time to get ready. After getting everything done I maybe need an extra half hour to eat food slowly because eating fast gives me nausea, especially when I first wake up. I also am working to get up early again as my sleep is getting disrupted from stuff like Instagram. It's not just the electronics but also the temptations other people drag you into, especially past a certain time. My main weakness is temptation, and I'm not afraid to really admit it, dragging me off my goals through women. I need a pretty good and fair middle ground that allows me to work on my goals while not falling so deep as to lose everything because I have a strong inclination to always be talking to one. It's not so much the women as me allowing it to happen, and for that, while I feel blessed having that which I do, I cannot allow it to siphon away energy I have for my future.
