Not like Sleep & Grow; GHI doesn't directly regulate the sleep-wake cycle or act as a sleep aid. However, it improves overnight GH secretion (nREM + increase in REM), which improves sleep quality and helps to stay asleep.

I could be wrong. But I feel this may have made my sleep it little worse. Harder for me to fall asleep. I seem to sleep less hours and woke up more tired after using this. Will stop using this for a bit just to see. It could be other audios causing it since I'm using t prop and dhtv2 as well

Yes, have it in my plans, albeit in the far future, as there's little demand for this composition. It won't be counterproductive. Instead, they will exhibit a synergistic effect. To clarify, when I said that it doesn't decrease myostatin below a certain point, it meant that it acts like a regular gene-modulating agent - once it reaches a specific concentration in the body, it doesn't provide additional benefits if the dosage is increased. I know the "Hercules gene" audio doesn't decrease myostatin after a certain level, if used with other creator's audio to inhibit myostatin or with like your audio YK11, or if we take some myostatin inhibitor products like follistatin, could it be counterproductive or it will always inhibit myostatin? How important is it to listen to this while you sleep? I do not really have the ability to listen while I sleep but can listen throughout the day. Does it lose effectiveness overall or take longer to reach the maximum effect? I apologize if this is an overshare of information but I have diagnosed PTSD and I'm on higher dose of prazosin to suppress nightmares the medication does not fully work. After listening to this file four times throughout the day I was able to sleep easily and not recall any nightmares. I feel clear-headed peaceful after waking up this morning. So far the relaxation and stress relieving qualities of this file are amazing.

Hey thanks for the answer, at this point after I saw your comments up I wanted to ask if this production can increase the chance of having a lucid dream or the dream recall or does something that can help (I'm sure it does)? I remember when like 1 year ago I was complaining about insomnia, I wished this productions, even if my insomnia problems have decreased exponentially I will still use this production 2-4 before sleep, along Cortisol reducer and galabtamine!
