I think we all wish you lived in an alternate universe in which a day has 48 hours and in which a human only needs 2 hours of sleep hahaha. But alas, our time and energy in this one is pretty limited. The only thing you can do is prioritize wisely, so do what you need to do. I am grateful for the time and work you put into this channel!

@Binaural Nutrition: I have a suggestion for the next voting poll. The equivalent of the "Massive 3D deltoids" for legs, especially for the calves. This composition would include all the available technologies like binaural beats, subliminals, morphic fields etc. I'm sure a lot of people here have stubborn calves and wouldn't mind growing them more extensively. Since the Massive 3D deltoid production is highly effective, getting one for the legs, predominantly the calves would be a godsend. You could include the feet aswell since the lower extremities are more prone to peripheral arterial disease.
