Hello, is there any benefits if I listen to this at night, many hour after workout? I know subliminal messages will boost my MGF production for the next workout, but if I listen to this 5 times post workout, and then another 3-5 times at night, will there be other benefits?(like : prevention of nocturnal catabolism, increase in protein synthesis during the night etc ...?) I read some time ago that MGF has a 7 minute half life, will this audio still increase MGF even if 1-2 hours of training have passed or will it even make us create MGF many hours after training?(10-12 hour) Have a good day!
