Introduction
The following protocol is known as an exhaustive overhaul of all adaptation processes within the system, encompassing physiological signaling and the conscious-subconscious communication. If you were to join the advanced coaching in sports psychophysiology, analysis would be a part of your journey.
Think of this programming as a thorough modulation of the neuromuscular signaling by creating micro-fractures. Intense progressive overload forces the system to undergo fundamental changes that will later enable it to efficiently adapt to any demanding resistance training; mentally and physically. On top of that, to become much more receptive to programming, optimizing the effectiveness of any future audio doping used. As a result, the "less is more" principle is directly reflected in each of the future cycles, allowing to stick to 1-2 agents at a time for maximum effectiveness - this mechanism also has a direct reflection in many other areas.
Contents and protocols
Stable point in life, feeling safe and not undergoing severe/chronic mental or physical stress.

Morning, empty stomach: PRL-8-53 (3mg), Rhodiola Rosea (300mg), Tongkat Ali (500mg), Berberine (300mg); any time of the day/pre workout: L-citruline (5g), Alpha GPC 200mg, Agmatine (1g), L-carnitine (2g), Taurine (3g), Creatine Monohydrate (15g). 1 hour before sleep Gingko Biloba (200mg).
Training routine with a 1-week rest in weeks 5 and 10, and peak intensity in weeks 11-14 (including breaking personal records in week 14).
A strict progressive overload according to the most efficient, personalized method.
At least 2 exercises causing aversion and mental discomfort in every training session.
Special attention to recovery and sleep hygiene. At least an intermediate protocol.
Not skipping any day of the programming.
Analyzing each stage and plan mescocycle for each month in advance.
Dividing listening sessions into 2 (or 3 if possible): morning/noon (or afternoon)/evening (or before sleep).
Extending the continuous listening time to 70 minutes. Stereo headphones.
In bothersome adverse effects, cutting the daily dose in half until they subside.
Throughout the entire cycle avoiding high intake of stimulants such as caffeine. The only exception involves the peak period.

Exercise regimen: Volume and intensity reduced by 50%, emphasizing low-intensity active recovery.
Nutritional adjustment: Dietary carbohydrate intake decreased by 50% relative to baseline levels.
Rest and recovery: A single cheat meal on a designated rest day

STAGE 3 (weeks 6-9)
Exercise Regimen: Workout routine with 90% of the intensity of the week 6 (- third week of stage 1). In the week 7 100% (- last week of stage 1), week 8, 110%, week 9 120%.
Nutritional Adjustment: The baseline carbohydrate intake restored.

Exercise adjustment: Workout intensity and volume reduced by 50%, with an emphasis on low-intensity active recovery.
Nutritional modification: Carbohydrate intake decreased by 80% relative to baseline levels.
Rest and recovery: A single cheat day.
1. Adrenal Reset - 10-10 (2x daily)
2. Fearless State Inducer - 10-10 (1x EOD). The leading intention of each and every one of sessions must be to break the limits. Whatever they are. Trust in intuition.
STAGE 5 (weeks 11-14)
In knit with the peak.
Exercise adjustment: Regimen with 100% of the intensity (- last week of stage 3) in the week 11. In the week 12 110%, in the 13, 120%, in the 14 beating your PRs.
Nutritional modification: Restoration of the baseline carbohydrate intake, increased by 20% in the week 12. Increased creatine intake to 15g daily + another 15g before workout.

Rest and recovery: Focus on low-intensity active recovery. Sticking to preferred diet.

In week 16, setting aside all type of audio doping for a week.
Additional protocols
SHOCK SHOWER (every other day)
⦁ When taking a shower, washing with the normal water temperature used to.
⦁ Once washed, cold water for 3-5 seconds, then warm water for 10 seconds.
⦁ 3 cycles.
⦁ Finished with cold water exposure for 30 seconds.
MINDFUL WARMUP (each training session)
During the warm up of each training session. Arnold Schwarzenegger's method - talking to the muscle.
If the exercise allows, looking directly at the muscle. Alternatively, standing in front of a mirror or observing a group of muscles nearby.
Feeling of each muscle as it stretches and contracts. Focusing on the body temperature rising - on each and every mental and physical sensation it brings. Whether it's painful or not, embracing the fact that the body is generating energy and consciously serving the way it is said to. The body is the temple. Warming it up properly so that it can serve in its glory.
Whenever mind is wandering, bringing full focus back to the task.
VISUALIZATION (every other night)
Lying in the bed. Visualizing in first-person walking into the gym.
The flow of diverse emotions. Getting dressed and ready for the workout session.
Visualizing the 2 exercises of the upcoming session that are least enjoyed; focusing on the emotional aversion and nervousness. Feeling the weight and engage your senses. 2 sets of 10 repetitions.
Moving to a favorite exercise from the upcoming training session. 1 set of 10 reps.
Leaving the mental gym and going to sleep.

Gastrointestinal health would be point of major consideration in my opinion. I think this is also important to consider in regards to the subconscious mind and the universal conscious mind.
