Lucid Dreaming - Live the second life you've always dreamed of [Lucid Dream Series - "Introduction" (1/6)]

When talking about the capabilities of the human brain, it is impossible to ignore its fascinating ability to project dreams, or even more - to project controllable, realistic dreams, often "more real than real" - lucid dreams. In a lucid dream, it's possible to fully control the entire dream scenery, and the only real limits are those created by your own mind.

To have a lucid dream is to be fully aware of the fact that you are dreaming. At least, that is how this state is scientifically defined. For practitioners, the actual state of lucid dreaming occurs when, in addition to awareness, you can fully control your dream. This state usually occurs during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. Research has shown that almost every person in the world has experienced a lucid dream at least once. Personally, I've been lucid dreaming since my early childhood, and I still practice this skill daily.

Lucid dreaming is one of the most unique and effective tools for understanding and programming the relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind.

There are numerous benefits to practicing lucid dreaming that have been scientifically proven.

With lucid dreaming, you can:

- solve everyday problems

- overcome nightmares

- heal psychological injuries / recover from trauma

- optimize overnight recovery

- maximize conscious-subconscious communication

- reach peak creativity and get a ton of inspiration

- improve flexibility, coordination, endurance, physical strength, and functions of the nervous system

The list of benefits is longer - limitless. But aside from the above, who would not like to experience an infinite world and live a second life while most people remain unconscious? Instead of escaping into a virtual reality, everything you will ever need is already within you. Aren't we wasting our time on Earth while sleeping unconsciously?



Based on my personal experience, which I've been gaining for my entire "conscious life," I decided to create the entire series focused on this topic, based on my reflective thoughts supported with research and studies. I've also been an editor of lucid-dreaming-themed articles on an old school German forum (deleted over four years ago). Some of the pieces should be in the internet archives, so I will soon dig them up, translate, and share with you creating additional posts.
