Referring to the basic definition of isometric tension - it is the type of muscle contraction when the muscle tension changes, but the length of the muscle remains the same. Isometric exercises are usually the most regularly performed by athletes that used to train calisthenics to obtain perfect stability while performing many positions that require keeping the body in a stable position. However, holding proper isometric tension during exercises will be necessary for every athlete, no matter which sports the person practice.
- ISOMETRIC TENSION - is based on properly composed binaural beats and isochronic tones that are set up to help the body obtain proper muscle tension during exercises, improve strength and stamina, and properly activate muscle fibers.
This production may be freely listened to on non-workout days, before a workout, and/or during a training session.
