Annual Pledges & Upfront charge

I just enabled Annual Pledges as Discussed in the Poll a while back (and upfront charge as its a requirement).
You will be able to get up to 12% Discount when using Annual Pledges as well!
For existing patrons the following steps will help you switch over your pledge to annual.
- Log in, hover over your profile icon in the top right corner, and select Manage Memberships
- From your Active Memberships page click Edit next to the pledge you want to change
- You’ll see a familiar checkout page where you can select Annual
- Click Update. Note: you’ll be charged upfront for the discounted price
The Secret Project is taking longer than anticipated as well (doing the last steps in the libretro CI migration in parallel).
There should soon-ish be some announcements tho.
As for next Projects, general maintenance is coming up.
Every JIT enabled core will need updates for the new libnx version.
I also started a PPSSPP rebase but it takes more effort than usually this time.
