This is a intermediate release before pulling in the latest updates.
Interrupt scheduling was reworked upstream, this fixes some sync issues (like audio in Doom64) and probably others.
My Majora's hotfix got reverted as it should be no longer required.
Pokemon Snap should now also work, currently the red dot will only appear with Interpreter's tho (thanks logan for that find upstream!)
Been working on a solution for dynarec too, but it still needs more work.
Anyway I wanted to get this release out a month ago but held it back because some regressions weren't clear. It still misses some of my final touches, but well here we are.
