Mupen64Plus-Next N64DD Support & LLE preview for Switch

The last few days I worked on DD support, you can find the current branches on my gitlab/github.

This build has fixed uncached code execution in new_dynarec which enables Zelda Dawn & Dusk to run (DD version, not the romhack variant).

For F-Zero Expansion VI Clock must be forced to 1500 and LLE RSP must be used.
Here is also a build with (GLideN64+) Parallel-RSP, written by themaister, that I worked on porting to aarch64 & thus Switch which will work with it:

Keep in mind, even tho it recompiles the RSP MIPS code, it's still slower than HLE.

Try either build if you have issues, now some notes about it:

You need a IPL (Initial package loader), it goes to "system/Mupen64plus/IPL.n64 "

 Note: Since subsystem seems broken on Switch (will work on it in the future likely), I added a workaround that lets u start DD if you name it the same as the rom. 

That means: ABC.n64 needs ABC.ndd -> name the ndd files ABC.n64.ndd (yes, double extension), then load content ABC.n64!  (same for other extensions, DD images are always ndd)

 Don't load NDD files via Load Content!
The Core info is wrong for this implementation, so unless that gets changed it will allow it but then fail for now.
