Some updates

emuMMC has been updated, featuring full 9.0.0 support, it will ship with the next hekate/Atmosphere releases!
Due to some HID changes, I will need to provide new builds for PPSSPP, these will be released ASAP after the next libnx release, assuming I am home from work.
I will also fix RetroArch when the time comes, it will be working on the nightlies afterwards.
Also 9.0.0 updated the gamecard reader's ASIC firmware, it's the same situation as back with 4.x
nogc patches will also be updated, so keep that in mind if your gamecard doesn't work on updated firmware with low fuse count (and autonogc is used)
If you used 9.0.0 on sysNAND, you will already have updated LOTUS, this means you can't use gamecards on a older Horizon version (sysNAND and emuMMC) and it will also crash if you have a gamecard inserted (and don't force nogc).
Fix for that is simply not inserting a gamecard or forcing the nogc patches.
