DosBox incl. aarch64 dynarec for Nintendo Switch

This core was improved in a cooperation with https://www.patreon.com/rsn8887 , radius (aka. fr500) and me.
I hope you all will enjoy it, it will go on the bot after some last fixes, also mupen next with jit patches will soon be on the bot too ;)

Yes. Else retroarch will unzip it and start the biggest file, which can be nonsense for dos.
