Horizon 6.x Memory/GPU OC Patches
Added 2019-01-16 21:11:48 +0000 UTCHello Patrons!
As promised for the 20 Patrons milestone, here go the Memory and GPU Patches.
These patches originally were just for research purposes, but are considered safe.
Anyway I hope they are a neat reward to skip some time while we work on more exciting features.
Eventually these shall be superseeded by our Clock manager title (that's why I don't plan on supporting other fw versions currently)!

2019-07-07 12:20:23 +0000 UTCYou probably place them in the wrong folder

2019-01-26 16:01:42 +0000 UTCIs it only work on the newest Atmosphere and 6.2 edition of the switch? Cause it can't work on my 6.01

2019-01-26 15:49:08 +0000 UTCthanks for replying, but i mean i know but still, there is no change of smooth or fps

2019-01-21 02:51:40 +0000 UTCYou just place the folder in the atmosphere/exefs_patches . There is nothing to tell you its working it just does because you play a game and notice how much smoother it is. There is no on screen indicator like MSI afterburner showing new clock speeds .
2019-01-21 02:35:59 +0000 UTCMy switch is SXOS 6.01,and I have move the one files to the exact place, but why it can't work? (no txt)

2019-01-21 02:10:16 +0000 UTCYou can use either. I mixed something up and was thinking of earlier patches that would not properly apply if mixed.

2019-01-20 18:07:04 +0000 UTCBut what is the right way? Use both folders or not? Here you wrote don't do it with a ! On Gbatemp you told someone "It's fine" What is the right way to do it?

2019-01-20 12:08:44 +0000 UTCI also want to receive instructions)
2019-01-20 08:05:17 +0000 UTChow to use it?
2019-01-20 04:44:51 +0000 UTCI went ahead and installed Atmosphere and the OC files and all i can say is WOW thanks so much for this. My friend and myself have been waiting so long for someone to OC the system itself and it was well worth the wait. Cant wait to see what you come up with next .
2019-01-20 02:41:10 +0000 UTCThey don't allow kips, so no, it will not work.

2019-01-20 02:26:08 +0000 UTCProbably a long shot in running these on SXOS . I really do not want to switch over to Atmosphere. Will your work eventually run on SXOS when you create the standalone app ?. Thanks for the N64 stuff btw truly loving it.
2019-01-20 02:24:24 +0000 UTCNo you can't, 460 MHz is plenty, going higher is not really worth it.

2019-01-17 21:03:37 +0000 UTCCan you choose your frequency using the GPU OC? I would really like to test running doom and wolfenstein in handheld mode in 768 mhz and see if it raises the resolution in these games with dynamic res. Should be totally safe as long as the fan kicks in, given that it runs that frequency in docked (although it will prob use significantly more battery)

2019-01-17 20:08:02 +0000 UTCMaybe, maybe not. Depends if they support IPS patches.

2019-01-17 11:07:37 +0000 UTCWill work on Reinx as well?
2019-01-17 11:06:28 +0000 UTCSome Info because I forgot to bundle instructions: Move one of the folders to atmosphere/exefs_patches and reboot, you can only either use Memory OR GPU, you can't use them together!
