The following exemplary cycles are arranged for individuals focused on athletic goals and/or expressing masculine features and characteristics. This means that before choosing your stack, you have to consider what you expect from your cycle. For example, while cutting on Dianabol, you'll maintain muscle fullness. On the other hand, Primobolan will make muscles leaner without significant glycogen or water retention. Finally, Halotestin will allow rapid strength gains with minimal impact on body mass. 3. HOW TO USE STEROID FREQUENCIES (and others)

📍 3.1. Eight rules

1) listen through stereo headphones at a comfortable volume

2) do not exceed 45 minutes of continuous listening per listening session (this can lead to listening fatigue (also known as body/listener fatigue) - a phenomenon that occurs due to prolonged exposure to an intense auditory stimulus, brain & body-charging frequencies, and processing excessive amounts of information. It manifests itself as, i.e., headaches, tiredness, general discomfort and/or decreased responsiveness to auditory stimuli and subliminal programming)

3) if possible, spread listening sessions throughout the day (e.g., morning, noon, evening)

4) if possible, listen to the same steroid frequency at different times of the day (unless stated otherwise in the description). For example: Testosterone Propionate 4x daily = 2x in the morning + 2x in the evening

5) if you are unable to complete the entire listening schedule, use the first one or two compositions listed in the exemplary cycles. Missing a day is not a big deal. Simply resume your regular routine

6) after completing a cycle, which should last no longer than 3-4 months, take a break of 1-2 weeks (or according to your needs) to prevent body and brain fatigue, increase your responsiveness to binaural beats, subconscious' susceptibility to subliminal messages and allow your organism to return to the homeostasis

7) follow the instructions in the descriptions regarding daily dosage and stacking

However, always follow the rules listed below.

When arranging a stack, stick to the following rules:

1) do not to exceed the number of 5 binaural beats-based compositions in a single stack (max 4 steroid frequencies, max 2 stimulants)

2) 5 to 3 rule when stacking with morphic fields | maximum 5 binaural beats vs. 3 morphic fields and vice versa

3) less is more. Stick to as few compositions as necessary in one cycle. There is no need to fill it to the upper limit, as this may intensify side effects and lead to listening-CNS fatigue making your stack counterproductive. Prioritize your goals

Yes, they should be included in the general limit. Speaking of those three, Pickup Artist doesn't operate on BB. So, this gives 3 MF and 2 BB-based compositions in total. Alluding to the 5-3 rule (5 BB vs. 3 MF and vice versa), there's still a spot for either 3 BB-based compositions or 2 MF-based ones + a single BB in your stack.
