The new iOS version loves web browsers

- A HTTP server you can use to upload comics and folders from a web browser in your computer. You can find the connection data in Import -> Web Browser.
- Setting to control if read comics are opened always by the first page.
- Remember the current panel when the device is rotated in panel by panel mode.
- Make taps on the edge for page turns more responsive when double taps for zoom are enabled.
- Better responsiveness when using taps to page turn.
- Fixes and stability improvements.
