This is not great of course and means that Best Friends may not be available on that platform any longer.
I hope they are sensible enough to allow games that are already sold to be updated and downloaded by players that purchased them. If you are an itch customer, please let me know if that is not the case.
Reading more on this, it is highly likely that other platforms, like Patreon and Steam could follow suit, I'm worried right now. The whole NSFW game industry is in major danger I feel.

It's ironic you say that because this is actually coming from a group in Australia called Collective Shout which went after Visa and Mastercard. Who have then in turn pressured the sites to remove and shadow ban the content.

Games are still accessible through direct link if they haven't been outright removed. They are in the process of reviewing everything. So you can still share the links to your Itch page but it won't show up in search or recommendations. It's not clear at this time if you could still receive payout from Itch. Steam has been hit before Itch even and is also reviewing games, but yours seem to be safe.
