Vilous | Talyxian-Rooter rights within Gold Ring [Pre-reading the Raw Concept]

Talyxian Rooters rarely need to acquire human rights, as many people already treat them as people. However, strictly speaking, they need to go through the same method sometimes.

A Talyxian body is not considered “Human” as per the law. They are subjected to it as well, regardless if they are a Rooter or a Stalker.

T-Rooters, regardless of the positions they find themselves in society, are not considered above one or the other. 

The process to acquire human rights for a T-Stalker and T-Rooter are the same. They both require the signature of people who can accurately certify that they are people of interest and have business. This way, they can get registered for a home or location. It is necessary for a T-rooter to have their own laboratory or hospital, sometimes called simply by the term “table”.

T-Rooters within the Bloodring do not have human rights, unless they are registered as a town’s person.

Comparatively speaking, T-Stalkers have a weird existence within Gold ring’s society. Most of them try to acquire their human rights in order to prove that they are innocent and can be trusted.

T-Rooters acquire human rights in order to be more readily available and be able to approach people within social and business environments, methodology behind it remaining the same. Many Rooters do not need human rights, they already prove that they are not a threat by any means through their actions and that they do not eat as Eltus do.

It is worth noting that the original T-Rooters which involved themselves with the Bloodring have little to no individuality. They are purely part of the law, as a result. They need no human rights or “humanity”, they also do not wear any masks.

A Rooter’s personality is born by nurturing something similar to an Eltus’s fake personality, learning Eltus language and communicating daily with them. It is vastly different from their own, original intellect and knowledge.

As such, it can be said that Talyxian Rooters have a core set of fixed knowledge as well as digital language. They can all seem the same at first glance, but grow alongside Eltus via interactions and gain individuality.

They have a human personality when they entertain human relations with eltus and other rooters. It is a perfectly different situational conversation / communication from Talyxian.

As mentioned prior, they have and develop their own personality and after they die, it is lost. If they do not have personality, it will be impossible to share myths and symbols with the Eltus, since these pertain and belong to notions of Life and Body.

T-stalkers which have human rights are not actually that common. They do want them sometimes, but many T-stalkers do not have Eltus language skills by origin. Some T-Stalkers do not like human rules either, so they settle into a huge stray cat role within cities. They can have a job, rent a house under a human owner or boss, but they cannot own land or property, same goes for T-rooters.
