A system of approach to MMA
Been working on a program the past 12 weeks with a friend who’s a professional fighter. This is one of the strategical setups we’ve been implementing in our training to attack.
A handful of research into reputable sources , past experience and conversations with my coach has helped in developing this model.
Still working on the applicable drills but we’re working.

The origins of the attack differs from catch-wrestlers to judo. In BJJ (Brazilian Jiujitsu) it was named after ‘Masahiko Kimura’ who broke the elbow of Helio Gracie (founder of BJJ.) with this attack.”
