This year EA has added new Player Growth Manager. It makes editing player more difficult because any changes you made will be reverted once a week (between Saturday and Sunday).
There is temporary script in cheat table allowing you to disable the player growth manager it needs to be activated before you load your career, and you need to always activate it until I solve this problem.
