Changes to Tiers

Tier 2: Adding benefit for them to suggest content
Tier 3 and up: Patreon exclusive stream will be bi-weekly starting next month
Tier 4: 15% down to 10%
Tier 5: 25% down to 20%
I'll be adding more tiers down the line. I'm thinking about doing higher tiers when I get more time on my hands. Please lmk what kind of tiers and benefits I should give out.

Maybe for 10$ tier I'll add that cause it was feeling pretty barren
