2026 JAN Mini-Update 2

ALOHA! I have come to you with a mini update. Expect another shortly. The update is in the MEGA.

ADDED: HYDRAMIND + TRYDRA

FIXED: Game froze sometimes when exiting combat too quickly after a victory/loss.

HYDRAMIND and its unevolved form is in the game. She was blocking a lot of other work to be honest. I restarted her X animation twice, and ultimately she ended up eating FAR more layers and time due to an over ambitious first attempt and her complex wiggly design and my desire for the heads to mostly have their own personalities. I am happy with how her animation ultimately turned out, and I developed a few techniques along the way: How to easily layer the scales (shadows) over scaled parts as a final step, AND how I might layer quadrupeds using the doggy-2 animation in the future.

I ended up having to use guidelines for her necks on each frame during the final step, which resulted in the following unsettling wip image. I had to suffer looking at it so I don't see why you should be spared.

Her primary head is; unbothered, moisturized, happy, breeding a gal, focused, thriving. You can start the game with a Hydramind in your third slot.

In other news Aeroangel is half finished and will release in the next week along with the WIND moves which will be a STRONG damage move, and a team buff move that dramatically boosts your whole squads speed.
