Sorry I am a bit late, things happen. The scouts are almost done, and the free vote will begin tomorrow!

Four things I want to say about this months NORMAL monster vote. Firstly, it is for our first BEAR themed monster, and she was always going to be a CHONKER. Secondly, I had an absolutely miserable time designing them. I cannot totally explain why this is the case. Sometimes ones head is just full of gum. Ultimately I kept going back to rejected early designs and reshaping them, and I think it, unfortunately, kind of shows. They are simple colors and shadows but I do like them. One is ready to eat (more) the other looks ready to maul.

Thirdly, I've always made it clear that I love variety, in bodies and appearance. With that said these two represent the absolute limit as to how far I will push the "thicker" slider. Lets be honest, it's a fat slider. Maybe working on the two slender scouts for hours on end made me want to add a fat monster... But I want to reassure you that the upcoming mons will return to being slimmer, well the fire vote might not be.

Fourthly I do love me a big girl in this shape. I always wanted to get along to adding EGGOMONS version of the uh, RELAXED, monster, but there's not much you can riff off of when the inspiration is simple perfection. I hope you guys enjoy the choice.
