Couple of things I noticed in the Win64 build (unsure if in other builds or not): - The tips of Calvin's feet disappear out of his sprite frame when he's walking around. - Doing the "Quickie" option with the receptionist after fucking her once starts out with the final scene from the first time around. - After the "Change Positions" scene with the Receptionist, you can still select the "Tail" option.
