Yeah it's a shame the chunin filler only turned out mediocre. It's worth a single watch, but it has the worst placement of all time. Definitely should save it for later.

15:15 have to disagree there, its been stated many many times that minato was a once in a lifetime ninja in terms of abilities. I mean he managed to master so many hokage level justsus by himself with no other help (such as naruto with kurama) and is just such a big brain character. We can see it when he is young and rescued kushina , as a tiny kid he took down the 3 high level ninja who kidnapped her with 0 difficulty :o.

Minato was absolutely a prodigy! It's been stated by Jiraiya and everyone else that knew him and has seen him as a shinobi that Minato was exceptional in everything, he scored the highest points ever in the chunin exams with the second best scores being Itachi's. Minato could create and master Jutsu that no one else could like the flying raijin which Minato uses freely while it takes 3 oh his elite guards to use it and they take time to charge it up while Minato does it instantly. He also has the reaction speeds as fast as a sharingan user and his base speed without teleporting is the fastest of those that are non six paths users (10 tails jinchuriki).

389-390 skip these fillers and then do three (391,392,393) episodes because after that there is an entire filler arc takes place of chunin exams 394-413 and I don't think so it is worth reacting in middle of war arc
