Nope its all clear, the one I was using was the unsupported. I am just not a fan of Chitubox the UI at least to me coming from a 3D software background (3D Coat, Blender, and Plasticity) it just seems very awkward. I guess I will download the free version and see what I can do with it.

2023-12-04 22:50:46 +0000 UTCHey Kyle my dude! Lychee doesnβt agree with our supports, my dear amigo! So, you have two choices: 1. Use Chitubox, the original software we use to create the presupported models, my dear amigo! With chitubox, weβre sure you will not have any issues 2. If you wanna stick with Lychee, please repair the presupported file models in 3D builder! Now the best way to assure your prints to be successful is to create the supports in your slicer of choice but try first the two options above and please let us know how it goes! And remember that if you want to scale the models you must use the unsupported ones! With these you will have no problems. Let us know if this information is clear or if you need something extra!

2023-12-04 19:28:55 +0000 UTCQuestion with the "Grogu - the child" can you scale it down or do you will you run into issues? I tried in Lychee to do a full size and it printed 3/4 of the way doing it hallow, but I had some weird failure and I am scared to try and adjust it because I burnt a lot of filament with my mistake.
