Hello Drach, not one for comments, and not sure I've heard it asked before. Book recommendations on Lord Nelson? Thank you

I really like that idea that Nelson was a talking parrot. Would have been very hard to shoot, I'd wager. Nishimura deserves consideration as a really bad admiral. Before Surigao Strait he never bothered to meet with his captains or explain what he expected them to do in the battle. From what I've read, he was grieving the recent death of his son and was just looking for a glorious way to die.
