This update includes the new levels, new enemy types, as well as continued tweaks to the attack speed formula! These tweaks are aimed at making sure the attack timer never reaches 0, no matter how high the Speed Stat is
- Levels 18-24
- 3 new enemies
- Attack timer formula is now (base attack timer)*(1+ (weight level)*(speed reduction))
- Speed reduction now hard caps at 95%
- Speed stat base reduction is reduced to 1% per level, from 5% per level
