Sudo got a big boost in his Midterm scores from the Sports Festival. He placed well in a lot of events so he got a lot of points to add. He is certainly improving academically but his real score isn't quite that high! All Ayanokoji meant by the "Incredible, in the worst way possible" line at the end is that his partner is pretty inconvenient for him personally right now hahaha! He got paired up with the girl that confessed to him (Sato Maya) and we see that Karuizawa make an annoyed face at the end when she sees that pairing!
