Couple of what if scenarios: Agincourt is delivered to Turkey completed prior to the outbreak of world war 1 - what impact does this have? Second one - more interesting, Germany does not invade Belgium in World War 1, Britain Remains Neutral, What happens - in terms of the Naval war in World War 1 (Britain staying out of it), Then if France is defeated what happens (France and Germany now somewhat unified - assuming that Germany goes for a Imperial occumpation) or France as an independent nation but forced to take whatever terms Germany would have enforced on her after defeat.

Sir Drach - Regarding the brief disagreement between Bismarck/Prinz Eugen vs Hood/Prince of Wales in the Denmark straits, I have two questions. First, I have read that Bismarck hit Prince of Wales bridge with a 15” main battery round, killing all there save Captain Leach and another, if memory serves. Was this an armored location? If it was, can you discuss the efficacy, or not, of the said armor? Secondly, I have also read that Prinz Eugen fired only high explosive shells (from her 20.3 cm SK C/34 (8”), 60 caliber) versus AP at Hood and Prince of Wales. Is this so? It makes sense on the face of it, but I was a bit surprised by it, if true.

Americans have a rich tradition of throwing things at unpopular performers. I refer you to "The Adventure of Huckleberry Finn". In that work, mister Twain describes 'dead cats' as a popular projectile. Here in Philadelphia, entire sports stadiums have bombarded Santa Claus with snowballs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z7C5Y4vH6h4 You've been warned.
